Though, I will take this (rare) opportunity to say: I wish you all a wonderful New Year! - full of love, peace, and happiness (and lots o' luck with all those extravagant resolutions ;).

| This is what happens in a computer science class when the professor
says "Please do all programming assignments in either Java or C++":
Joe: Would it be okay to program it in C#?
Schmoe: Would it be okay to program it in Standard ML?
Bo: Would it be okay to program it in Carnegie Mellon's Standard Version of Scheme?
And the rest of the class groans. Yay, welcome back to school. More later.

| Should I laugh or cry? The very first math problem on a practice GRE I took this morning:
1. Which quantity is larger?
(A) 5 [ (2 + 2) + 5]
(B) 50
Of course I picked (A) because apparently 4 + 5 = 20. Yesss...go me.
